摘 要:在聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/玻璃纤维/增韧剂(PC/PBT/30GF/5PTW)复合材料体系中分别添加磷酸二氢钠和亚磷酸三苯酯两种酯交换抑制剂,研究了酯交换抑制剂含量在0.5%-2%变化下对复合材料力学性能、结晶性能、热稳定性、熔体流动性、耐热性的影响。通过对比不同含量的酯交换抑制剂的复合材料性能差异性,优选出玻璃纤维增强PC/PBT合金中适量的酯交换抑制剂。我们发现分别添加0.5%NaH_(2) PO_(4)和TPPI与未添加相比复合材料的弯曲模量明显提高,刚性增大,其他力学性能保持接近。当酯交换抑制剂含量超过1%时,添加TPPI的复合材料的强度急剧下滑,而添加NaH_(2) PO_(4)的复合材料的强度趋于稳定。通过热重分析得出酯交换抑制剂的添加有利于提高复合材料的热稳定性,分别添加1.5%、2%TPPI复合材料起始分解温度分别提高了110.2、140.4℃,最大分解速率温度分别提高了130、130.8℃,有效地减缓了复合材料在高温下的热失重行为。Two transesterification inhibitors,sodium dihydrogen phosphate and triphenyl phosphite,were added to the polycarbonate/poly butylece terephthalate/glass fiber/toughener(PC/PBT/30GF/5PTW)composite system.The effect of transesterification inhibitor contents on the mechanical properties,crystallization properties,thermal stability,melt fluidity and heat resistance of composite under the change of 0.5%-2%was studied.By comparing the performance differences of the composite with different contents of transesterification inhibitors,an appropriate amount of transesterification inhibitors in the glass fiber reinforced PC/PBT alloy was selected.It is found that adding 0.5%of NaH_(2) PO_(4)and TPPI,respectively,comparing with no addition,the flexural modulus of the composite is significantly increased,the rigidity increases,and other mechanical properties remains closely.When the content of the transesterification inhibitor exceeds 1%,the strength of the TPPI-added composite material decreases sharply,while the strength of the NaH_(2) PO_(4)composite tends to be stable.The thermogravimetric analysis shows that the addition of transesterification inhibitor is beneficial to improve the thermal stability of the composite.The initial decomposition temperature of 1.5%and 2%TPPI composites increases by 110.2℃and 140.4℃,respectively,and the maximum decomposition rate temperature increases by 130℃and 130.8℃respectively,which effectively slows down the heat eightless behavior of composite materials at high temperatures.
