摘 要:以4,4′-二胺基二环己基甲烷和十四烷二酸为单体制备了新尼龙聚十四烷二酰4,4′-甲撑双环己烷胺(PACM14)。通过核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)和傅立叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)表征了PACM14的化学结构,并测试了其热性能和力学性能。结果表明,PACM14的玻璃化转变温度为126℃,比商业化产品聚十二烷二酰4,4′-甲撑双环己烷胺[PACM12(TROGAMID CX)]低9℃,PACM14起始热分解温度404℃,比PACM12高3℃,而且两者透光率一致。PACM14力学性能与PACM12整体相当,PACM14拉伸强度、弯曲强度、热变形温度低于PACM12,无缺口冲击强度高于PACM12,吸水率较PACM12有明显改善。Transparent nylon polytetradecyl 4,4′-methylenedicyclohexanamine(nylon PACM14)was synthesized with 4,4′-diaminodicyclohexylmethane and tetradecanedioic acid as monomers.The chemical structure of nylon PACM14 was characterized by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H NMR)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The thermal properties and mechanical properties of nylon PACM14 were tested.The results show that the glass transition temperature of PACM14 is 126℃,9℃lower than that of polydodecyl 4,4′-methylenedicyclohexanamine(nylon PACM12).The initial thermal decomposition temperature of nylon PACM14 is 404℃,which is 3℃higher than that of nylon PACM12,and the transmittance of nylon PACM14 is consistent with that of nylon PACM12.The tensile strength,bending strength and hot deformation temperature of nylon PACM14 are lower than those of PACM12,the notch less impact strength is higher than that of nylon PACM12,and the water absorption of PACM14 is obviously improved.
