摘 要:以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)改性的铝塑膜回收料为基础原料,通过熔融共混的方式制备 了铝塑膜改性料/多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)复合材料。首先以乙醇和水的混合溶液作为溶剂,用硅烷偶联剂KH560对MWCNT进行表面 处理,通过红外光谱、扫描电镜对改性MWCNT的结构进行表征,红外数据表明MWCNT表面成功引入了硅烷偶联剂分子。考察了 MWCNT含量对复合材料力学性能、流变性能及电磁屏蔽性能的影响。结果显示:复合材料的弯曲强度、拉伸强度及缺口冲击强度 均随MWCNT含量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势。加工流动性随MWCNT含量的增加呈逐渐降低的趋势。体积电阻率随MWCNT含量增 加逐渐降低,电磁屏蔽效能逐渐升高。当MWCNT的含量为8%时,复合材料的体积电阻率为5.3×10 5 Ω·cm,主体电磁屏蔽效能 达到了20-30 dB。Taking high density polyethylene(HDPE)-modified aluminum-plastic film recycled material as the basic raw material,and the aluminum-plastic film modified material/multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)composite material was prepared by melt blending.Firstly,the mixed solution of ethanol and water was used as the solvent,and the surface treatment of MWCNTs was carried out with the silane coupling agent KH560.The structure of the modified MWCNTs was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The infrared data shows that the silane coupling agent is successfully introduced on the surface of MWCNTs.The influence of MWCNTs contents on the mechanical properties,rheological properties and electromagnetic shielding properties of composite materials are investigated.The results show that the flexural strength,tensile strength and notched impact strength of the composites all show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of MWCNTs contents.The processing fluidity gradually decreases with the increase of MWCNTs contents.The volume resistivity gradually decreases with the increase of MWCNTs contents,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness gradually increases.When the content of MWCNTs is 8%,the volume resistivity of the composite material is 5.3×105Ω·cm,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the main body has reached 20-30 dB.
