摘 要:以卤-锑阻燃体系制备抗低温阻燃聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)合金材料。分别讨论了不同卤素阻燃剂、不同类型增韧剂及增韧剂用量对PC/PET合金力学性能、低温抗冲性能、耐热性和阻燃性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察了不同类型增韧剂对合金表面形貌的影响。结果表明,在PC/PET质量比为6∶2的基础上,加入阻燃剂SR-103后,PC/PET合金有最优的阻燃效果和较高的低温冲击强度,增韧剂S2030可以有效提高阻燃PC/PET合金低温环境下的韧性。添加12%溴代三嗪和10%S2030时,制备的抗低温阻燃PC/PET合金材料的综合性能最为优异。Low temperature resistance and flame retardant polycarbonate(PC)/polyethylene terephthalate(PET)alloy materials were prepared by halogen-antimony flame retardant system.The effects of different halogen flame retardants,different types of toughening agents and the dosage of toughening agents on the mechanical properties,low temperature impact resistance,heat resistance and flame retardant properties of PC/PET alloy were discussed.The effects of different types of toughening agents on the surface morphology of the alloy were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results show when the ratio of PC/PET is 6∶2,adding the flame retardant SR-103,PC/PET alloy has the best flame retardant effect and high low temperature impact strength,and the toughness of the flame retardant S2030 can effectively improve the low temperature environment toughness of the flame retardant PC/PET alloy.When 12%bromotriazine and 10%S2030 are added,the composite properties of PC/PET alloy with low temperature resistance and flame retardancy are the best.
