近十年针灸治疗慢性单纯性苔藓的研究进展及优势探析

摘　　要：目的探究近十年针灸治疗慢性单纯性苔藓的现状及其治疗优势。方法对中国知网、维普期刊全文数据库、万方数据资源系统、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed自2010年7月1日—2020年6月30日发表的针灸治疗慢性单纯性苔藓的文献进行全面的中英文检索。从治疗方法、操作特点、疗效评估、整体疗效方面总结其现况,并从基础研究角度探析针灸疗法的治疗优势。结果通过筛选获得针灸治疗慢性单纯性苔藓文献49篇,其中随机对照试验26篇,显示出针灸治疗的方法多样,疗效确切,且具有缓解瘙痒、改善皮损、调节情志、修复神经损伤等作用。结论针灸治疗慢性单纯性苔藓临床优势显著,但目前其在疗效评价、机制研究、优势分析等方面还需进一步深入研究。Objective To explore the current situation and advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lichen simplex chronicus in recent ten years.Methods A comprehensive Chinese and English search was conducted on the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lichen simplex chronicus published by CNKI,VIP Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang Data Resource System,China biomedical literature service system and PubMed from July 1,2010 to June 30,2020.Summarize the current situation from the aspects of treatment methods,operation characteristics,curative effect evaluation and overall curative effect,and explore the therapeutic advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion from the perspective of basic research.Results 49 literatures on acupuncture treatment of lichen simplex chronicus were obtained through screening,including 26 randomized controlled trials,which showed that acupuncture treatment had various methods and accurate curative effects,and had the effects of relieving pruritus,improving skin lesions,regulating emotion and repairing nerve injury.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion has significant clinical advantages in the treatment of lichen simplex chronicus,but it needs further research in efficacy evaluation,mechanism research and advantage analysis.
