山豆根的本草考证及毒性分析

摘　　要：目的从植物形态描述、生境、地理分布及相关图片记载对中药山豆根进行基源考证,并探索其毒性缘由;补充现代对古籍山豆根具体基源探索方面的欠缺,为现代用药安全提供文献依据。方法以历代主流本草及其同时期本草方剂丛书为基础,同时比对《中国植物志》和现代毒理研究,将相关信息进行梳理和考证。结果在植物形态描述、生境等方面,部分古籍所记载的山豆根与《中国药典》中所规定的山豆根(基源越南槐)有些许差别。且古籍皆言山豆根无毒,与现代研究结果相悖。结论山豆根是极易混淆的中药,古籍所记载的山豆根可能为山豆根、千斤拔、红毛走马胎、紫金牛的统称,对于毒性,笔者认为与使用方法、剂量及配伍有一定关系。Objective To investigate the origin of Radix Sophorae from the description of plant morphology,habitat,geographical distribution and relevant picture records,and to explore the cause of its toxicity;Supplement the lack of modern exploration on the specific source of Radix Sophorae in ancient books,and provide literature basis for modern drug safety.Methods Based on the mainstream materia medica of previous dynasties and its herbal formula series at the same time,the relevant information was combed and verified by comparing the Flora of China and modern toxicological research.Results In terms of plant morphological description and habitat,there were some differences between Radix Sophorae recorded in some ancient books and Radix Sophorae(basic source of Vietnamese Sophora japonica)specified in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.It is said in ancient books that Radix Sophorae is non-toxic,which is contrary to the results of modern research.Conclusion Radix Sophorae is a very confusing traditional Chinese medicine.Radix Sophorae recorded in ancient books may be collectively referred to as Radix Sophorae,Qianjinba,Hongmao Zoumatai,Zijinniu.The author believes that the toxicity is related to the use method,dose and compatibility.
