针药结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察防己黄芪汤加味联合针刺治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床疗效,探讨针药结合干预急性痛风性关节炎的疗效及作用机理,为临床应用提供理论依据和临床证据。方法选取我院2019年12月—2020年10月符合纳入标准的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均给予健康教育及生活干预,扶他林外敷患处。对照组给予秋水仙碱片;治疗组给予防己黄芪汤加味联合针刺。结果治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,两组治疗后血UA、CRP、ESR均明显下降,2组治疗均有效,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组血UA、CRP、ESR较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论针药结合治疗急性痛风性关节炎湿热蕴结证能明显改善临床症状,降低血UA、CRP、ESA水平,降低中医症候评分,疗效优于西药对照组。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,and to explore the efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture combined with medicine in the intervention of acute gouty arthritis,so as to provide theoretical basis and clinical evidence for clinical application.Methods 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria from December 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were given health education and life intervention,and Votalin was applied to the affected area.Control group:given colchicine tablets;The treatment group was given modified Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with acupuncture.Results The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The blood UA,CRP and ESR of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment.The treatment of the two groups was effective.Compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the blood UA,CRP and ESR of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of damp heat accumulation syndrome of acute gouty arthritis can significantly improve clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of blood UA,CRP and ESA,and reduce the score of TCM symptoms.The curative effect is better than that of Western medicine control group.
