摘  要:详细从设备、工艺及操作等方面开展攻关来解决板坯开浇及热换炉次上表面纵裂问题。实践表明通过优化浸入式水口设计、改变结晶器一冷水流量,提高结晶器水温度,控制碳含量、降低钢水P、S及夹杂、保证足够的液渣层厚度等可以有效解决高拉速板坯开浇表面纵裂问题。This article carries out practice from the aspects of equipment, process and operation to tackle the problem of vertical cracking of the upper surface of the slab pouring and heat exchange furnace. Practice has shown that by changing the design of the immersion nozzle, changing the flow of cold water in the mold, controlling the carbon content, reducing the P, S and inclusions of the molten steel, ensuring sufficient thickness of the liquid slag layer, etc., the vertical cracks on the surface of the high-speed slab can be effectively solved problem quality.
