摘  要:针对国内某钢厂浅槽紊流酸洗时,经常出现的酸洗管道被沉积物堵塞造成酸循环系统酸浓度异常及液位波动故障,通过元素检测手段对沉积物的机理进行分析,采取针对性的措施解决了酸洗过程出现的沉积物问题,为同类型企业出现的同样的酸洗问题提供了技术支撑。Aiming at the abnormal acid concentration and liquid level fluctuation failure of the acid circulation system caused by the clogging of the acid-washing pipeline with sediments during the turbulent pickling of shallow grooves in a domestic steel plant, the mechanism of sediments was analyzed through element detection methods and targeted, effective measures to solve the problem of deposits in the pickling process, and provide technical support for the same pickling problems in the same type of enterprises.
