摘　　要：实现碳达峰、碳中和战略目标是一场广泛、复杂且影响深远的经济社会系统性变革。对于内蒙古这样的能源资源型地区来说,“双碳”目标既是挑战又是机遇。调整优化产业结构是内蒙古在“双碳”目标下推动实现经济社会全面绿色转型的关键,要以高质量建设“两个基地”为重点,深化供给侧结构性改革,紧扣产业链、供应链部署创新链,推动实现产业基础高级化、产业链现代化。Achieving the carbon peak and carbon neutral strategic goals is an extensive,complex,and far-reaching economic and social systemic change.For Inner Mongolia,an energy resource-based region,the double carbon goal is both a challenge and an opportunity.Adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure is the key to Inner Mongolia's promotion of a comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society under the double carbon goal.We must focus on high-quality construction of two bases,deepen the supply-side structural reforms,close the industrial chain and deploy the innovation chain in the supply chain,and further promote the advancement of the industrial base and the modernization of the industrial chain.
