摘 要:柔性管道过度弯曲和大应变是管道使用失效的主要因素,实现柔性管道的形态弯曲可视化监测对管道失效评估非常重要。提出利用弱光纤光栅阵列对柔性管道轴向应变进行监测,经线性拟合得到光栅中心波长变化与弯曲曲率关系,并通过形状重建完成管道弯曲监测。利用基于圆弧模型的曲线重建算法对柔性管道进行了弯曲半径分别为20、17、15 m的二维形状重建。结果表明,利用该算法可以恢复柔性管道的形态,且在3种情况下的重建误差分别为9.16%、1.02%、7.05%,监测数据与柔性管道实际几何形态吻合较好。Excessive bending and large strain of flexible pipeline are the main factors of service failure of pipeline.It is very important to realize the visual monitoring of flexible pipeline shape bending for pipeline failure assessment.Weak fiber grating array is used to monitor the axial strain of flexible pipeline.The relationship between the wavelength change of fiber grating center and bending curvature is obtained by linear fitting,and the pipeline bending monitoring is completed by shape reconstruction.The curve reconstruction algorithm based on arc model is used to reconstruct the two-dimensional shape of flexible pipeline with bending radius of 20,17,15 m.The results show that the two-dimensional shape of the flexible pipeline can be restored by using this algorithm,and the reconstruction errors in three cases are 9.16%,1.02%and 7.05%,respectively.The monitoring data are in good agreement with the actual geometry of the flexible pipeline.
