摘  要:试验旨在探究冰岛罂粟种子在不同处理条件下的萌发情况,缩短种子萌发时间,提高种子萌发速率。以冰岛罂粟种子作为材料,从春化时间、培养基、温度、光质4个主要方面对冰岛罂粟种子萌发的影响进行了探究,研究表明:冰岛罂粟种子的最适春化时间为2 d,在B5培养基中发芽率最高,最适萌发温度条件为18℃,黄白混合光的发芽率和发芽指数最高。试验结果为今后开展冰岛罂粟相关研究提供了理论依据。The purpose of the experiment was to explore the germination response of Papaver nudicaule L.seeds under different treatment conditions,in order to shorten the seed germination time and increase the seed germination rate.Using Papaver nudicaule L.seeds as the material,the effects of four main aspects including vernalization time,medium,temperature,and light quality on the germination response of Papaver nudicaule L.seeds have been explored.The research showed that the optimal vernalization time of Papaver nudicaule L.seeds was 2 d,the germination rate was the highest in B5 medium,the optimum germination temperature was 18℃,and the germination rate and germination index of yellow-white mixed light were the highest.The results of the experiment provided a theoretical basis for future research on Papaver nudicaule L..
