摘 要:近年来我国铁路集装箱运量、集装箱保有量快速提升,既有空箱调配模式在空箱运用效率、空箱调配精准化方面存在的不足日益凸显。我国铁路集装箱空箱调配采用两级管理模式,通过调度命令来完成空箱调配,针对既有组织模式下空箱调配存在空箱对流、制约集装箱运输服务水平等问题,设计以集装箱办理站为对象的"点—点"空箱调配模式。研究解决集装箱空车调运需求精细化分析、大规模复杂路网空箱调配问题优化建模与求解、集装箱空箱动态调配等关键技术,"点—点"空箱调配模式可以支撑全路集装箱运用的扁平化管理,以及空箱的精准调配。With the rapid improvement in the traffic volume of containers and container ownership in China in recent years, the shortcomings of existing empty container distribution model shave become increasingly prominent in terms of utilization efficiency and distribution accuracy of empty containers. The two-level management for empty container distribution in China’s railway system relies on scheduling commands, and the existing organization model is affected by empty container convection, restricting the service level of container transportation. In this regard, a “node-to-node” mode of empty container distribution was designed for container handling stations. Moreover, key technologies were studied, such as refined analysis of the demand for empty container distribution, optimization modeling and solutions to large-scale distribution problems in complicated railway networks, and dynamic distribution of empty container containers. The “node-to-node” mode of empty container distribution can support the flat management of the whole-railway container transportation system and the precise distribution of empty containers.
