摘　　要：本文详细分析了广电网络业务系统建设及各类型机顶盒终端现状,综合广电网络开展行业客户业务的需求,结合广电网络的实际业务情况,提出了一个可行的个性化集客门户平台建设方案,该方案已在一些广电实际建设,并取得了良好效果。This paper analyzes the construction of radio and television network business system and status quo of various types of set-top box terminals in detail,puts forward a feasible construction scheme of personalized portal platform by synthesizing the needs of radio and television network to carry out industry customer business and combining with actual business situation of radio and television network,which has been applied in some radio and television actual construction,and has achieved good results.
