摘　　要：建立一套高度数字化、网络化的先进总控智能监测系统是广播技术发展的必由之路。不仅可以满足现有的安全播出要求,更是广播事业发展的需要。CobraNet是硬件、软件和通信协议为一体的网络音频实时传输技术,此技术可应用于电台的总控系统中,作为音频信号传输交换的备份路由,从而提高电台主控系统节目传输交换的安全性、降低管理成本、提高对音频信号的监控监视能力,实现设备级、信号级、环境级的监测,保证安全播出。It is the only way for the development of broadcasting technology to establish a set of highly digitized and networked advanced intelligent monitoring system for master control.It can meet not only existing requirements of safe broadcasting,but also the need of broadcasting development.CobraNet is a network audio real-time transmission technology integrated with hardware,software and communication protocol.This technology can be applied in master control system of radio station as backup route of audio signal transmission and exchange,so as to improve the security of program transmission and exchange in main control system of radio station,reduce management cost,improve monitoring ability of audio signal,realize equipment-level,signal-level,and environmental-level monitoring,and ensure safe broadcast.
