摘 要:胰腺导管腺癌(PDAC)是一种恶性程度极高的消化系统实体肿瘤,具有起病隐匿、进展迅速、多种治疗效果不佳等特点。近年来,虽然PDAC在手术治疗、化疗、靶向治疗等方面取得一定进展,但PDAC患者的远期生存仍不理想。据2018年国际癌症研究机构统计,胰腺癌是全球癌症死亡的第七大原因,我国的发病率也正在逐年上升,其疾病负担不断加重。越来越多的研究显示,PDAC较差的预后与其肿瘤微环境的特点息息相关,PDAC肿瘤微环境研究是寻找新的治疗靶点极有潜力的方向。该文就近年PDAC微环境的研究进展作一综述,旨在为PDAC的研究提供一定的参考。Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is a highly malignant solid tumor of the digestive system,which has the characteristics of insidious onset,rapid progress,and poor treatment effects.In recent years,although PDAC has made certain progress in surgical treatment,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,etc.,the long-term survival of pancreatic cancer patients is still not ideal.According to statistics from the International Agency for Research on Cancer in 2018,pancreatic cancer is the seventh leading cause of cancer deaths in the world,both its incidence and disease burden in our country is also increasing year by year.More and more studies have shown that the poor prognosis of PDAC is closely related to the characteristics of its tumor microenvironment.PDAC′s tumor microenvironment is a promising research direction for finding new therapeutic targets.This article summarizes the research progress of PDAC microenvironment in recent years,aiming to provide reference for PDAC research.
