冬奥会背景下辽宁省冰雪旅游产业的SWOT分析与发展策略研究

摘　　要：在2022年北京冬奥会时代背景下,为了加快辽宁省冰雪旅游产业的可持续发展,扩大辽宁省冰雪旅游产业的发展规模,探讨促进其发展的策略.研究采用SWOT分析法,从内部优势、内部劣势、外部机遇和外部威胁4个方面对辽宁省冰雪旅游产业的现状进行深入的分析,并提出了行之有效的发展策略:加快冰雪场地基础设施建设,增加游客的新鲜体验感;实现“东三省”资源整合协同发展,提高东北三省的冰雪旅游产业核心竞争力;提高“冰雪+”的相关产业高度融合,充分利用产业融合的资源;实施“5G智能化”科技发展战略,缩小与其他两省的差距;培养冰雪人才,提高品牌建设;综合开发旅游资源,实现高效发展新格局.以期为辽宁省冰雪事业高质量稳定发展打下坚实基础,努力为我国冰雪旅游产业的发展作出贡献.Under the background of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,in order to accelerate the sustainable development of ice and snow tourism industry in Liaoning province,expand the development scale of ice and snow tourism industry in Liaoning province,this paper discusses the strategies to promote its development.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of ice and snow tourism industry in Liaoning province from four aspects:internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external opportunities and external threats,and puts forward effective development strategies:Liaoning province speeds up the construction of ice and snow venues infrastructure to increase tourists’fresh experience;Realize the resource integration and coordinated development of the“three provinces in the northeast”,and improve the core competitiveness of ice and snow tourism industry of the three provinces in the northeast;Improve the“ice and snow+”related industries highly integrated,and make full use of the resources of industrial integration;Implement the“5G intelligent”science and technology development strategy to narrow the gap with the other two provinces;Training ice and snow talents and improving brand building;The comprehensive development of tourism resources,to achieve a new pattern of efficient development,lay a solid foundation for the high-quality and stable development of ice and snow industry in Liaoning province,and strive to contribute to the development of China’s ice and snow tourism industry.
