摘　　要：目的探讨肾外肾母细胞瘤的临床特征、诊断、治疗及预后。方法对江西省儿童医院2018年5月收治的1例肾外肾母细胞瘤患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患儿,男,1岁11个月,临床表现为右侧阴囊空虚,病理诊断为腹腔肾外肾母细胞瘤,上皮细胞型。采用手术切除肿瘤,结合化疗的综合治疗方案,患儿预后良好。结论肾外肾母细胞瘤是发生在肾脏以外的一种罕见肿瘤,其临床症状、影像学检查均不典型,诊断有赖于术后病理检查及免疫组化。该病目前多采用手术+化疗方案治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of extrarenal Wilms’tumor.Methods The clinical data of a child with extrarenal Wilms’tumor admitted to Jiangxi Children’s Hospital in May 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The male patient aged 1 year and 11 months presented with right scrotal vacuity and was pathologically diagnosed as epithelial-type extrarenal Wilms’tumor.The child had a good prognosis after combined treatment with tumor resection and chemotherapy.Conclusion Extrarenal Wilms’tumor is a rare tumor that occurs outside the kidney.Due to the atypical clinical symptoms and imaging features,its diagnosis depends on postoperative pathological examination and immunohistochemistry.At present,this disease is mostly treated with surgery+chemotherapy.
