摘 要:随着科技等领域的高速发展,国内冶金行业迎来了新的增长契机。有色金属冶炼要求较多的化学制剂,同时对于环境温度等方面也有着极高的要求。借助于自动化技术手段,能够较好地完成对于有色金属整个冶炼过程的全面性温度管控,继而可以较好地提升有色金属的冶炼效能,同时也有助于降低冶炼期间不必要的能源损耗。因此,将自动化技术引入现代有色金属冶炼等方面,已然是未来发展的主流。此次就现阶段国内自动化金属和有色冶金行业的融合发展现状进行分析,并就该技术的有效应用展开探究。With the rapid development of science and technology,the domestic metallurgical industry has also ushered in a new growth opportunity.The smelting of non-ferrous metals requires more chemical agents;and at the same time,there are very high regulations on environmental temperature and so on.With the help of automation technology,we can better complete the comprehensive temperature control of the whole smelting process of non-ferrous metals,and then improve the smelting efficiency of non-ferrous metals.At the same time,it also helps to reduce unnecessary energy loss during smelting.Therefore,the introduction of automation technology into modern non-ferrous metal smelting has become the mainstream of future development.In this study,the current situation of the integration of domestic automatic metal and non-ferrous metallurgical industry is analyzed,and the effective application of this technology is explored.
