摘 要:为解决机场出租车“留下接客”或“返回市里”的选择问题,利用多元线性回归分析法和层次分析法构建机场乘客数量变化规律模型和出租车司机净收益模型。基于此构建多因素决策的模糊评价模型,以上海浦东机场相关数据进行拟合,为上海出租车司机提供决策方案。此外,基于机场出租车“上车点”的安置问题引入小区域相互选择模型和大区域流量密度模型,以期提高总体乘车效率;从人工放“特权票”和智能GPS监测双方向研究为短途出租车提供“优先权”方案,探索上海市实际问题的解决思路。In order to solve the problem of the choice of airport taxi"staying to pick up passengers"or"returning to the city",multiple linear regression analysis and analytic hierarchy process are used to construct the change law model of airport passenger number and the net income model of taxi driver.Based on this,a fuzzy evaluation model of multi-factor decision-making is constructed,which is fitted with the relevant data of Shanghai Pudong Airport to provide a decision-making plan for Shanghai taxi drivers.In addition,based on the placement of airport taxi"boarding point",the small area mutual selection model and large area flow density model are introduced to improve the overall ride efficiency,and the"priority"scheme is provided for short-distance taxis from the research of manual"privileged ticket"and intelligent GPS monitoring,so as to explore the solutions to the practical problems in Shanghai.
