摘　　要：高职院校以“立德树人”为根本,是培养社会主义接班人、社会主义建设者的执行人,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要力量。而基层党组织则是人才培养的“守门人”,是把握人才培养方向的舵手。网络信息时代,不但改变了人们获取信息的方式,更对基层党建工作的开展提供了新的思路。充分灵活运用网络新媒体手段,可提高宣传效率和效果,引导人们树立正确的价值观,使正能量更强。Higher vocational colleges are based on the principle of"cultivating socialist successors and executors of socialist builders",and are an important force for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The grass-roots party organizations are the"gatekeepers"of talent training and the helmsman who grasps the direction of talent training.The Internet information era has not only changed the way people obtain information,but also provided new ideas for the development of grassroots party building work.The full and flexible use of new network media can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of publicity,guide the people to establish correct values,and make positive energy stronger.
