摘  要:用苊醌、二苄基甲酮、多乙烯基硅氧烷反应合成一种新型苊式乙烯基硅氧烷,与含氢硅氧烷、铂金催化剂制备了端羟基苊式乙烯基硅橡胶.采用红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(^(1)HNM R)确定该硅氧烷的苊式结构,用热失重(TGA)、拉伸实验对复合材料进行性能表征.结果表明:当苊式乙烯基硅氧烷份数为2%时,苊式硅橡胶的初始分解温度为433.68℃,常温剪切拉伸强度为2.55 MPa;当苊式乙烯基硅氧烷份数为8%时,苊式硅橡胶的初始分解温度为453.68℃,常温剪切拉伸强度为4.73 MPa,400℃剪切拉伸强度为0.66 MPa.A new type of acenaphthene vinyl siloxane was synthesized by the reaction of acenaphthene,dibenzyl ketone and polyvinylsiloxane.Hydroxy-terminated acenaphthene vinyl silicone rubber was prepared by the reaction of acenaphthene quinone,dibenzylketone and polyvinylsiloxane with hydrogen-containing siloxane and platinum catalyst.The amaranth structure of the siloxane was determined by FTIR and ^(1)H-NMR.The properties of the composites were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and tensile test.The results showed that the initial decomposition temperature of amaranth silicone rubber was 433.68℃and the tensile shear bond strength at room temperature was 2.55 MPa when the proportion of amaranth vinyl siloxane was 2%.When the proportion of amaranth vinyl siloxane was 8%,the initial decomposition temperature of amaranth silicone rubber was 453.68℃,and the tensile shear bond strength was 4.73 MPa at room temperature and 0.66 MPa at 400℃.
