摘 要:目的评价中药汤剂联合西医常规治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年1月31日—3月22日在武汉大学人民医院东院15病区和23病区住院,采用中药汤剂联合西医常规治疗(氧疗、抗病毒、抗炎)的53例COVID-19患者资料,观察患者住院及核酸转阴时间、肺部CT吸收情况、实验室指标变化情况。结果患者住院及核酸转阴时间分别为25(18,36)d和19(8.5,30.5)d。肺部CT吸收有效率为98.12%(52/53)。治疗12~15 d后中性粒细胞、C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),淋巴细胞、CD3+、CD4+及CD8+计数显著高于治疗前(P均<0.05)。结论中药汤剂联合西医常规治疗COVID-19能更好地促进肺部渗出吸收,控制机体炎症反应及提高机体免疫力。Objective It is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).Methods The data of 53 COVID-19 patients hospitalized in Ward 15 and Ward 23 of the East Hospital of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from January 31 to March 22,2020,who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with conventional western medicine(oxygen therapy,anti-virus,anti-inflammatory)were retrospectively analyzed,the patient’s hospitalization time and nucleic acid conversion time,lung CT absorption,and the changes in laboratory indexes were observed.Results The patient’s hospitalization time and nucleic acid conversion time were 25(18,36)days and 19(8.5,30.5)days,respectively.The effective rate of lung CT absorption was 98.11%(52/53).After treatment for 12-15 days,the levels of neutrophils,C-reactive protein,and procalcitonin were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the levels of lymphocytes,CD3+,CD4+and CD8+were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with conventional treatment with western medicine can better promote the absorption of pulmonary exudate,control the body’s inflammatory response and improve the body’s immunity in the treatment of COVID-19.
