摘　　要：经方以药味精炼、配伍严谨而著称。胃食管反流性咳嗽是慢性咳嗽常见的原因之一。经方治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽颇具疗效。本文从经方单方应用、合方应用、联合中医外治法等方面对近年来经方在胃食管反流性咳嗽治疗中的应用进行综述,可为经方治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽的研究提供参考。Classical prescriptions are famous for their refined medicinal composition and rigorous compatibility.Gastroesophageal reflux cough is one of the common causes of chronic cough.Classical prescriptions have significant efficacy for gastroesophageal reflux cough.This article reviewed the application of classical prescriptions in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough in recent years from the aspects of single prescription application combined prescription application and combined with external TCM treatment.It could provide a reference for the research on the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough with classical prescriptions.
