新农科背景下“两平台、四路径、四共同”应用型人才培养的实践探索--以吉林农业科技学院为例

摘　　要：当前,新农科建设已经成为新时期农业高校教育教学改革的重要方向。由于办学目标定位上的差异,各类农业高校肩负着不同的责任与使命,应用型农业院校作为培养创新性、实用型人才的主阵地,在新农科建设中却面临着应用型人才培养难以适应农业现代化发展的需要、教育经费投入难以满足应用型人才对实践资源的需要、教师综合应用能力难以适应培养应用型人才实践能力的需要等发展困境。为此,本文以吉林农业科技学院为例,结合新农科背景下“两平台、四路径、四共同”应用型人才培养体系建设的实践经验,通过建立地方政府、行业企业、地方村社等协同育人平台,开拓合作路径,深度融合发展,破解应用型人才培养难题,以期为新农科背景下应用型农业院校的人才培养提供有益参考和借鉴。At present,the construction of emerging agricultural science has become an important direction of education and teaching reform in agricultural colleges and universities in the new period.Due to the differences in the orientation of schooling objectives,various agricultural colleges and universities are shouldering different responsibilities and missions.As the main position of cultivating innovative and practical talents,applied agricultural colleges and universities are facing development dilemmas in the construction of emerging agricultural science,such as the difficulty of cultivating applied talents to meet the needs of agricultural modernization,the difficulty of investing education funds to meet the needs of applied talents for practical resources,and the difficulty of teachers'comprehensive application ability to meet the needs of cultivating practical ability of applied talents.To this end,this paper takes Jilin College of Agricultural Science and Technology as an example and combines the practical experience of"two platforms,four paths,four common"applied talent training system under the background of emerging agricultural science to crack the problem of training applied talents by establishing a collaborative education platform of local government,industry enterprises and local village communities,opening up cooperation paths and deep integration development.The purpose of this study is to provide useful references and lessons for the talent cultivation of applied agricultural colleges under the background of emerging agricultural science.
