摘　　要：冬荪是药食两用真菌,含二氢查尔酮、糖醛酸聚糖、多糖、紫苏烯、异山梨醇、麦甾醇、甾醇、苯乙酸等多种活性成分,具有除湿、活血、祛痛等作用。本研究收集毕节市主产区栽培资源,通过分离纯化、室内初筛、复筛,比较菌丝生长速度、长势以及农艺性状综合评价,筛选出适宜毕节地区种植的冬荪种质资源。Phallus impudicus is a famous medicinal and edible fungi.Including many active ingredients,such as dihydrochalcone,uronosan,polysaccharide,perilene,isosorbitol,sterol,sterol,phenylacetic acid and other active ingredients,with the role of activating blood and eliminating pain.In this paper,the cultivation resources in the main producing areas of Bijie were collected,and through separation and purification,indoor preliminary screening and re-screening,the growth rate and growth rate of mycelia were compared and the comprehensive evaluation of agronomic traits was made,so as to screen out the resources suitable for planting in Bijie,in order to provide reference for the promotion,demonstration,development and utilization of Phallus impudicus.
