摘　　要：文章梳理了减税降费以来鄂尔多斯市在减轻企业负担,助推经济发展方面的实践做法,尤其是新冠疫情暴发以来鄂尔多斯市应对恢复经济增长与防疫抗疫双重压力的政策措施与取得的成效。针对鄂尔多斯市未来经济发展面临的问题与困难,结合当地经济结构特征与发展目标,文章提出了具有针对性的思考和建议。The articles summarizes the practices in Ordos city to decrease the burden of enterprises,promoting economic development under tax reduction and relief background.Especially those policy implication has been achieved since the outbreak of COVID-19.The city issued a series of policies to respond and fight the epidemic.The article analyzes the problems and difficulties in the city economic development and presents its suggestions directed by its local economic structure and development goals.
