摘　　要：随着城市高楼越来越多,数以万计的建筑物屋顶呈现荒芜化,引发一系列的城市生态环境问题。日益凸显的热岛效应、洪涝灾害等城市病使得城市屋顶绿化愈加迫切。本文通过梳理有关屋顶绿化研究中涉及的三大效益,厘清不同受益者从各类效益中所获得的具体益处,以期提高城市居民参与屋顶绿化的意愿。研究发现城市屋顶绿化具有多种效益,大体上可分为经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。根据参与屋顶绿化的形式,可将屋顶绿化的受益者分为开发者、经营者和居住者。屋顶绿化的经济效益对其正常运转起着关键作用,也是保障生态效益和社会效益持续发挥作用的基础。除了寻求政策支持外,开发者和经营者应发展多种屋顶绿化形式,尊重居住者对屋顶绿化的需求,建成有居民参与的屋顶休闲空间。With the increasing number of high-rise buildings in the city,tens of thousands of building roofs are becoming barren,causing a series of urban ecological environment problems.Increasingly prominent urban diseases such as heat island effect and flood disaster make urban roof greening more urgent.In this paper,through combing the three major benefits involved in the research on roof greening,it clarifies the specific benefits obtained by different beneficiaries from various benefits,so as to improve the willingness of urban residents to participate in roof greening.Results showed that Urban roof greening has a variety of benefits,which can be divided into economic benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits.According to the forms of participating in roof greening,the beneficiaries of roof greening can be divided into developers,operators,and residents.The economic benefits of roof greening play a key role in its normal operation,which is also the basis to ensure the sustainable development of ecological and social benefits.In addition to seeking policy support,developers and operators should develop a variety of roof greening forms,respect the needs of residents for roof greening,and build a roof leisure space with residents'participation.
