基于加权算术法的农田肥料污染防治规划研究

摘  要:为推动农田肥料污染防治规划技术发展,对19个乡镇肥料污染状况进行了系统的调查与分析,并针对全区及各乡镇的特点提出污染防治措施。结果表明:农田氮肥普遍过量施用,蔬菜地和园地TN、TP流失量相对较高,农田肥料污染潜力的空间分布与各个乡镇的农作物种植结构密切相关;以单位面积污染负荷和种植结构为区划指标,将聊城市东昌府区划分为重点治理区、一般治理区、重点保护区和一般保护区,提出了秸秆还田、种植结构合理布局和推广高浓度复合肥和专用肥为主的工程技术性措施。In order to promote the development of farmland fertilizer pollution prevention and control planning technology,this paper conducted a systematic investigation and analysis of the fertilizer pollution situation in 19 towns,and proposed pollution prevention and control measures based on the characteristics of the whole district and the towns.The results show that the excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer is common in farmland,and the loss of TN and TP in vegetable fields and gardens is relatively high.The spatial distribution of the pollution potential of farmland fertilizer is closely related to the crop planting structure of each town.Taking the pollution load per unit area and planting structure as zoning indicators,the Dongchangfu District is divided into key treatment areas,general treatment areas,key protection areas and general protection areas,and engineering and technical measures based on returning straw to fields,rational layout of planting structure and promotion of high-concentration compound fertilizers and special fertilizers are proposed.
