摘　　要：以新型农村合作社助推乡村振兴,不仅具有重要意义,而且具有多方面优势。以新型农村合作社建设助推乡村振兴需要做好以下几个方面的工作:坚持管理创新,推动新型农村合作社新发展;争取政府支持,出台优惠扶持新政策;加强新型农村合作社建设,使其成为推动乡村振兴的新引擎;组建多元化农村合作社,增强推动乡村振兴的新动力;积极进行探索,形成有菏泽特色的新模式;加强合作社内部教育培训,提升合作发展共赢的新能力。Promoting Rural Revitalization by new rural cooperatives is not only of great significance,but also has many advantages. We need to do a good job in the following aspects: adhering to management innovation to promote the new development of new rural cooperatives,striving for the support of the Party committee and the government to introduce new preferential policies,strengthening the construction of new rural cooperatives to make them a new engine to promote rural revitalization,establishing diversified rural cooperatives to enhance the new driving force for Rural Revitalization,actively exploring to form a new model with Heze characteristics,and strengthening the internal education and training of cooperatives to improve the new ability of win-win cooperation and development.
