高校学生资助体系的思想政治教育功能及其实现路径

摘　　要：高校学生资助体系作为高校思想政治工作质量提升工程的重要载体,是思想政治教育"既要教育人、引导人,又要关心人、帮助人"的深刻体现。高校学生资助体系蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育功能,可概括为物质关怀与精神激励功能、思想引导与行为规范功能、制度认同与情感激发功能以及心理疏导与人格塑造功能。为了进一步促进高校学生资助体系思想政治教育功能的有效实现,应在助学贷款工作中进行诚信教育,在奖助学金评定中开展感恩教育,在勤工助学活动中抓好自强教育。As an important carrier of the quality improvement project of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,Financial Aid System for Students deeply reflects "not only educating and guiding students,but also caring about and helping students". The system contains rich functions in ideological and political education,which can be summarized as material care and spiritual motivation,ideological guidance and behavior norms,institutional identification and emotional stimulation,psychological counseling and personality shaping. In order to further promote the effective realization of the ideological and political education function of Financial Aid System for Students in colleges and universities,we should carry out integrity education in the work of student loans,carry out Thanksgiving education in the evaluation of awards and grants,and do a good job in self-improvement education in work-study activities.
