摘　　要：为了准确预测制冷机组内制冷剂的充注量来控制机组缺制冷剂报警动作点,做到及时保护机组,减少机组失效率,笔者采用收集测试数据,分析系统参数和系统充注量的相关性,建立充注量预测公式的方法来预测系统内的充注量。经试验数据验证,该方法可以满足在机组全运行工况下都能较准确地预测系统充注量。本文涉及的拟合公式主要在商用单冷屋顶机上开发和应用,相同的方法也可以应用于其他制冷机组中。In order to calculate the charge amount in refrigeration system to predict lack of refrigerant alarm action points,protect unit in time and reduce the damage rate.Based on the collected test data,analysis of system parameters and the influence degree of the charge amount,we established prediction formula of system charge amount.This method is mainly applied on commercial cooling only rooftop units.
