论核污水排海的海洋生态损害赔偿责任

摘　　要：针对日本政府公布核污染水排海决定,相关利益国家、国际组织应予高度重视,督促日本履行其应尽的义务,做到信息公开、保障公众的知情权,与相关利益国家进行磋商,防止造成无法逆转的海洋生态损害。对此,我国应当重视监测日本福岛核污染水渗漏对海洋环境的影响,推动海洋生态环境损害赔偿制度在国际法层面的完善。In response to the Japanese government’s announcement of the decision to discharge nuclear-contaminated water,relevant interested countries and international organizations should attach great importance to it,urge Japan to fulfill its due obligations,implement information disclosure,protect the public’s right to know,and negotiate with relevant interested countries,so as to prevent irreversible marine ecological damage.China should pay attention to monitoring the impact of nuclear pollution water leakage in Fukushima on the marine environment,and promote the improvement of the marine ecological environment damage compensation system at the level of international law.
