摘 要:生物降解塑料PBAT有着较好的延展性、断裂伸长率、耐热性和冲击性能;还具有优良的生物降解性,是目前生物降解塑料研究中非常活跃和市场应用最好降解材料之一。PBAT存在结晶性差、熔体强度低以及价格高等问题,限制了其在纤维和膜材料领域的应用,需对PBAT进行改性,以共混改性和扩链改性为主,以达到降低成本和改善其综合性能的目的。本文以介绍PBAT与制备工艺线路,主要讲述PBAT与可降解材料、无机填充物等材料进行改性情况,以向读者分享。Biodegradable plastic PBAT has good ductility,elongation at break,heat resistance and impact properties;It also has excellent biodegradability.It is one of the most active biodegradable materials in research and one of the best degradable materials in the market.PBAT has the problems of poor crystallinity,low melt strength and high price,which limits its application in the field of fiber and membrane materials.PBAT needs to be modified,mainly by blending and chain extension,in order to reduce the cost and improve its comprehensive properties.This paper introduces PBAT and its preparation process,and mainly describes the modification of PBAT with degradable materials,inorganic fillers and other materials,so as to share with readers.
