摘　　要：通过加热烘干在水中分散状态下的可缩合固化的硅橡胶组合物获得的硅橡胶粉末,该粉末通过粒径仪测量,平均粒度范围为0.1~100μm,制备硅橡胶粉末的具体方法如下:在水中分散以下列举的组分,聚硅氧烷封端的二甲基聚硅氧烷,甲基氢聚硅氧烷,偶联剂KH-560,乳化剂AEO-9,引发剂乙酸锡和辛酸亚锡,通过改变甲基氢聚硅氧烷用量,以及偶联剂KH-560用量等变量,测量所得样品粒径大小,分析体式显微镜图,从而得出最佳配方。A silicone rubber powder is obtained by heating and drying a condensable curable silicone rubber composition dispersed in water.The powder is measured by a particle size meter,and the average particle size range is 0.1~100μm.The specific method for preparing silicone rubber powder is as follows:disperse the following components in water,polysiloxane terminated dimethyl polysiloxane,methyl hydrogen polysiloxane,coupling agent KH-560,emulsifier AEO-9,initiator tin acetate and stannous octanoate,and measure the particle size of the sample by changing the amount of methyl hydrogen polysiloxane and coupling agent KH-560,The best formula can be obtained by analyzing the figure of posture microscope.
