摘  要:挤出机的下料是靠物料的自身重力加入到挤出机的,由于料斗一般是直径逐渐减小的,在下料口处易导致物料堆积,压实,出现"架桥"不下料现象。为了更好地满足挤出机的正常下料,在下料斗的中部设计了强制捣料和搅拌防堵装置,解决了物料在下料时的分层,混合不均和"架桥"现象,实践证明,该防堵装置的设计,能够适应各种体积和形状的塑料原料而满足挤出机的下料要求,并提高塑料挤出机的生产效率。The blanking of the extruder is added to the extruder by the gravity of the material itself.Since the diameter of the hopper is generally gradually reduced,it is easy to cause material accumulation and compaction at the feed opening,resulting in"bridging"without blanking.In order to better meet the normal blanking of the extruder,a forced ramming/stirring and anti-blocking device is designed in the middle of the blanking hopper to solve the phenomena of stratification,uneven mixing and"bridging"during blanking.Practice shows that the design of the anti-blocking device can adapt to plastic raw materials of various volumes and shapes,meet the blanking requirements of the extruder,and improve the production efficiency of the plastic extruder.
