摘 要:以NaCl为模板,采用冷冻干燥法制备了多孔碳/Ni纳米颗粒复合材料.将其应用于吸附处理水中有机污染物刚果红,系统研究了污染物浓度、吸附时间及温度对吸附行为的影响.动力学模型及吸附等温线拟合结果表明,吸附行为符合伪二级动力学及朗缪尔等温模型,说明吸附过程为单层吸附.热力学结果表明该吸附过程为自发的物理化学吸附.拟合结果显示多孔碳/Ni纳米颗粒复合材料在313 K温度下最大吸附量达到217.17 mg·g^(-1),表明其对刚果红具有良好的吸附性能.In this paper,porous carbon/Ni nanoparticle composites were prepared by the freeze-drying method using NaCl as a template.The effects of pollutant concentration,adsorption time and temperature on the adsorption behavior were systematically studied.The kinetic model and adsorption isotherm fitting results show that the adsorption behavior conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir isotherm model,indicating that the adsorption process is monolayer adsorption.The thermodynamic results show that the adsorption process is spontaneous physicochemical adsorption.And the fitting results display that the maximum adsorption capacity of porous carbon/Ni nanoparticle composites is 217.17 mg·g^(-1) at 313 K,indicating a good adsorption performance for Congo red.
