江南地区栽培球茎甘蓝“翠玉”品种结球期叶绿素荧光特征研究

摘　　要：以球茎甘蓝“翠玉”品种为材料,栽培于江南地区温室条件下,培养至结球期,对叶片叶绿素荧光等参数进行测定,研究了该品种结球期在江南环境下的叶绿素荧光特征.结果表明:在江南地区,“翠玉”品种最大量子效率(F_(v)/F_(m))约0.83,处于正常范围,实际量子效率(ΔF/F_(m)ˊ)日变化表现出“午休”现象,中午时分样品ΔF/F_(m)ˊ要低于其他时间.快速光曲线测定结果表明,样品对光照强度的适应能力适中.快速荧光参数的测定表明“翠玉”品种对光能的吸收能力较强,而且95%以上的光能用于光合电子传递.本研究结果从光能利用角度说明了供试球茎甘蓝品种的光合生理特征,对今后的优良种质引种、栽培推广提供了数据支持.In this study,the Brassica oleracea“Cuiyu”was used as a material and cultivated in Jiangnan region,and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured when the samples grew up to the tuber expansion period.The results indicated that the maximum quantum efficiency(F_(v)/F_(m))of the samples was 0.83,that the actual quantum efficiency(ΔF/F_(m)ˊ)daily change showed“midday depression”,and that theΔF/F_(m)ˊof the samples at midday was lower than other times.The rapid light curve results indicated that the adaptability of the samples to light intensity was moderate.In addition,the rapid fluorescence parameters showed that the samples were able to absorb light energy efficiently and more than 95%of the absorbed light energy was used for photosynthetic electron transport.This research described the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of the Brassica oleracea“Cuiyu”from the perspective of light energy utilization,and provided experimental data for the introduction,demonstration and promotion of Brassica oleracea as an elite germplasm.
