摘 要:学校和企业多方协同育人是培养应用型人才的有效途径.为了满足非标自动化产业转型升级对于高素质智能制造人才的新需求,构建多主体协同育人机制,提出了行业核心技术输出企业、高校与行业应用企业群多方联动、点面结合、灵活多样的“1+1+N”校企合作教育新模式.学校和企业协同发挥各方的优势,业界深入融入人才培养全过程,通过实践“学校学习+企业学习”、两阶段“3+1”培养模式,形成校内外衔接、课内外结合的智能制造人才培养格局,可为我国地方应用型本科院校开展协同育人实践提供参考和借鉴.Multi-party collaborative education by schools and enterprises is an effective way to cultivate applied talents.In order to meet the new demand for high-quality intelligent manufacturing talents in the transformation and upgrading of non-standard automation industry,the mechanism of multi-agent collaborative education is constructed,and a new"1+1+N"school-enterprise cooperation education mode is proposed,which includes the core technology export enterprises,school and industry application enterprise groups,and the mode has the characteristics of multiparty linkage,point and surface combination,flexibility and diversity.Schools and enterprises have made full use of the advantages of all parties,and the industry has been deeply integrated into the whole process of talent training,through the practice of"school learning+enterprise learning"and two-stage"3+1"training mode.Thus,a talent cultivation mode of intelligent manufacturing has been established,which is connected inside and outside school and integrated in and out of class.This mode can provide reference for local applied undergraduate colleges and universities to carry out collaborative education practice.
