摘  要:采用端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷对邻甲酚酚醛环氧树脂进行接枝改性,制备一种高防潮性能的环氧绝缘材料,从理论计算及实验的角度对其性能进行了分析。结果表明:当端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷质量分数为10%时,改性环氧树脂的模量和韧性较高、高温体积变化率较小;在改性环氧树脂与水的层模型中,水分子向远离环氧树脂的方向扩散;改性环氧树脂样品的吸水率相对于未改性的降低了13.74%;在吸水后,改性环氧树脂样品的体积电阻率和表面电阻率均大于未改性的,且电气强度比未改性的提升了1.1 kV/mm。An epoxy insulating material with high moisture resistance was prepared by grafting the hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane on o-cresol epoxy resin,and its properties were analyzed from the perspective of theoretical calculation and experiment.The results show that when the mass fraction of hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane is 10%,the modulus and toughness of the modified epoxy resin are higher,the volume change rate at high temperature is smaller.In the layer model of modified epoxy resin and water,the water molecules diffuse away from the epoxy resin.The water absorption of modified epoxy resin is decreased by 13.74%compared with the unmodified epoxy resin.After water absorption,both the volume resistivity and surface resistivity of the modified epoxy resin sample are higher than those of the unmodified epoxy resin,and its electric strength increases by 1.1 kV/mm compared with the unmodified epoxy resin.
