安阳古城地方性和宜居性研究  

Urban Locality and Liveability Based on the Experience of Zhangdefu City of Anyang in the Ming and Qing Dynasties

摘　　要：宜居性是城市建设的目标之一,与地方性紧密相关,如何基于地方性构建宜居城市是现代城市发展的重要议题。以河南安阳明清彰德府城为例,基于文献研究和对当地古城研究学者的访谈,分析概括了彰德府城建设中的地方性与宜居性实践,包括宏观尺度下城市层面的坑塘水系和街道格局,以及微观尺度下建筑层面的民居四合院的形制,研究了如何利用地方性中的自然要素和人文要素构建宜居空间。通过案例,进而探讨了如何基于地方性构建宜居城市,地方性和宜居性的依存关系,以及对现代城市建设的启示与思考。Liveability is one of the goals of urban construction which is closely related to the concept of locality.One of the pressing issues in urban development is how to build liveable cities based on cities’ locality characteristics.Built upon literature research and in-depth interview with local scholars specialising in ancient city research,this paper analyses the practices of achieving liveability through identifying and using locality during the urban planning and building construction in Zhangdefu City,the Old City of current Anyang in Henan Province.This research demonstrates that the achievement of urban liveability should consider the locality characteristics of the cities.Both the natural environment and social environment matter,and both the macro-scale and micro-scale locality characteristics matter.Urban spaces should be developed and utilised in consistent ways with its local features.This is not only completion of urban liveability,but also maintenance of urban locality.Liveability and locality are mutually dependent and together form the urban features and diversity.
