摘　　要：基于新乡村主义及规划理论与模糊综合评价方法,提出新乡村美学评价体系。从“三生”视角出发,即生产、生活、生态,构建新乡村美学体系框架,划分为3大影响因素、9个指标因素与24个子指标影响因素,运用专家咨询法和AHP层次分析法逐步剖析指标概念并赋予各级指标相对应的权重。通过对山东葫芦套村美丽乡村建设的实际案例评估研究发现,美丽乡村建设与人文景观、文化形式和农产品三大方面高度相关。Based on new ruralism,planning theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation system of new rural aesthetics is proposed.From the perspective of "production,life and ecology",the framework of new rural aesthetics system is constructed,which is divided into three influencing factors,nine index factors and 24 sub-index influencing factors.The concept of index is analyzed step by step by using expert consulting method and AHP analytic hierarchy process,and the corresponding weight of each index is given.Through the actual case evaluation the Hulutao Village,in Shandong Province,it is found that the beautiful rural construction is highly correlated with the three aspects of humanistic landscape,cultural form and agricultural products.
