摘  要:同步向量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)作为电网广域测量系统(wide area measurement system,WAMS)的基本组成单元,对电网安全具有重要作用,其实时、准确测量和可靠上传是电网稳定分析和控制的基本前提。为评估PMU子站整体性能,以满足电网对其测量精度和传输可靠性方面的要求,依据《GB/T 26862-2011电力系统同步向量测量装置检测规范》和《GB/T 26865.2-2011电力系统实时动态检测系统第2部分:数据传输协议》,提出一种电力系统PMU子站测试方法,涵盖动态交流采样精度测试和通讯规约测试。通过在某PMU子站现场试验,验证了该方法的可行性。As a basic composition unit of the wide area measurement system(WAMS),a synchronized phasor measurement unit(PMU)plays an important role in safeguarding power grid,and the real-time and accurate measurement and reliable uploading of the PMU is a prerequisite for grid stability analysis and control.In order to evaluate the overall performance of the PMU substation so as to meet the requirements of power grid on measurement precision and transfer reliability,a test method for the PMU substation comprising dynamic precision test and communication protocol test was proposed in accordance with GB/T 26862-2011 Test Specification for Synchronized Phasor Measurement Unit for Power Systems and GB/T 26865.2-2011 Real-time Dynamic Monitoring Systems of Power System.Part 2:Protocols for Data Transferring.Feasibility of the method was verified through a field test in a PMU substation.
