摘　　要：介绍了基于航空发动机试车台数采系统接口ExternalHook构建在线调参系统的方法。针对航空发动机试车台不能进行发动机在线调参试验的不足,提出一种利用ExternalHook实现在线调参的方法。该系统具有很强的实用性、快速响应性、准确性和人机交互性,使发动机试验的时数和参试人员配置得到极大降低,并且该系统具有标准的软件接口,可以通过修改API代码适用于其他试车台。经过长时间试验表明,此系统可靠、安全、稳定,对于航空发动机试车在线调参科目的实现有一定的参考意义。A method of constructing a parameter-adjusting online system using ExternalHook was intro⁃duced.Aiming at the insufficiency that aero-engine test cell cannot adjust parameters for the aero-engine online,a parameter-adjusting online method through ExternalHook was provided.With quick responsive⁃ness,accuracy and a good human interaction interface,thus,the reality of parameter-adjusting online func⁃tion is a great reduction for aero-engine test hour and numbers of participants.It also has a standard inter⁃face which makes it possible to be applied to other test cells through reprogramming API code.Long time tests show that this system is reliable,safe and stable,which can be referential for the online parameter-ad⁃justing of aero-engine test.
