中和思想的内涵及其在中医中的应用

摘　　要：儒家中和思想是最高境界的道德标准、超越时空的美学标准,也是中国哲学的重要范畴,既是世界观,又是方法论。执两用中,执中致和,由"中"而"和",由"和"而"生",涵盖了历时的线性的"和实生物"与共时的网状的和谐共生。在万物化育生成、人生事业发展、社会秩序维系、人类未来生存等方面都有着超时空存在的永恒价值,同样也影响到中医的生命观、疾病观、诊疗观和养生观。"生生不息"是生命发展的无限与永恒,而"中和"是"生生不息"的基础与动能。中和思想在中医病因学中的反映表现为"失中为病""失和为病"。中医防治疾病在于调和阴阳,所谓"调其不调""和其不和",即是儒家中和思想在中医中的应用。养生的根本在"和",不论是与心和、与人和,还是与天和,都是中和思想的具体化。Confucian harmonious concept is the highest moral standard and aesthetic standard beyond time and space.It is also an important category of Chinese philosophy.It is not only a world outlook, but also a methodology.Holding the two and using the middle to achieve harmony, from "balance" to "harmony" and from "harmony" to "production",it covers the harmonious symbiosis of diachronic linear "harmony production everything" and synchronic network.It has the eternal value of transcending time and space in the aspects of the formation of the chemical education of all things, the development of life and career, the maintenance of social order and the future survival of mankind.It also affects the outlook on life, disease, diagnosis and treatment and health maintenance view of Chinese medicine. " Life and growth in nature" is the infinity and eternity of life development, and "harmony" is the basis and kinetic energy of "life and growth in nature".The reflection of the harmonious concept in the etiology of Chinese medicine is "losing the balance causing a disease" and "losing the harmony causing a disease".Prevention and treatment of the diseases in Chinese medicine lies in harmonizing yin and yang.So-called "adjusting its imbalance" and "harmonizing its disharmony" are application of the Confucian harmonious concept in Chinese medicine.The foundation of health maintenance lies in "harmony".Whether it is harmony with the heart, with people, or with heaven, it is the concretization of harmonious concept.
