从君相理论探讨高血压病的诊疗

摘　　要：君相二火中,心为君火,肝肾寄存相火,共同提供人体生命活动的动力。君火发号以令相火,相火能补君火。君相二火运动平衡,即君相相安,则人无病生。高血压病中,君火与相火的平衡被破坏,相火妄动而君令不行,故相火上炎谋君位,浮潜于上,形成龙雷之火,在上则头痛、目眩;在下则损伤肝肾之阴,出现周身乏力、腰酸腿软,形成高血压病。故君相主从、相辅相助的关系不可打破,君为主宰,相为辅助,二者相合则气血平和。治疗高血压病应注重补益肝肾,平肝潜阳,并注重心对本病的影响。In the monarchic and ministerial fire, the heart is monarchic fire, and the liver and kidney deposit ministerial fire.They provide the power of human life activities together.The king fire gives orders to the monarchic fire, and the ministerial fire can supplement the king fire.The movement balance of the monarchic and ministerial fire, that is, if the monarchic fire and the ministerial fire are in harmony, people will have no disease.In hypertension, the balance between the monarchic fire and the ministerial fire is destroyed.The ministerial fire moves recklessly and the monarchic fire′s order cannot be executed.Therefore, the ministerial fire invades the monarchic fire′s position upward, snorkels on the top, and forms the fire of Longlei.On the top, it has a headache and dizziness;In the lower part, it damages the yin of the liver and kidney, resulting in weakness of the whole body, sour waist and soft legs, forming hypertension.Therefore, the relationship of principal and subordinate, complement each other between the monarchic fire and ministerial fire cannot be broken.The monarchic fire is the master and the ministerial fire is the auxiliary.If the two coincide, there will be harmony of qi and blood.In the treatment of hypertension, we should pay attention to tonifying the liver and kidney, suppressing hyperactive liver and subsiding yang, and pay attention to the impact of heart on the disease.
