摘　　要：寒包火状态的形成与素体郁热、外感风寒、先天体质、后天环境、五志过极、饮食不节、病邪化热等多种因素有关,可见于上呼吸道感染、下呼吸道感染、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期、过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征等各类肺系疾病。临证时要详辨外寒内热之轻重缓急,郁热、湿热、痰热之属性兼夹,采取寒热并用、表里同治之法;同时顺应肺之生理病理特点,注重调节气机升降出入平衡。"辛以散之""火郁发之""分消走泄"等均为常用治法。旨在透邪外达、给邪以出路,邪去而正自安。寒热调则肺无外侵内扰之虞,升降和则肺司呼吸如常矣。The formation of cold enveloping fire state is related to many factors, such as stagnated heat in body, exogenous wind-cold, congenital constitution, acquired environment, excessive five emotions, improper diet, disease pathogenic transforming into heat and so on.It can be seen in various pulmonary diseases, such as upper respiratory tract infection, lower respiratory tract infection, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome and so on.In clinical treatment, we should carefully distinguish the priorities of external cold and internal heat, combine the attributes of depression and heat, damp heat and phlegm heat, and adopt the method of combining cold and heat and treating both exterior and interior;at the same time, we should comply with the physiological and pathological characteristics of the lung and pay attention to regulating the balance of the rise and fall of the qi movement. "Dispersing by pungent medicine" "fire stagnation requiring dissipation" and "elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis" are all commonly used treatment methods.The purpose is to penetrate the pathogen outside and give the pathogen a way out.When the pathogen goes away, the disease will be cured.If the cold and heat are harmonious, there is no risk of external invasion and internal disturbance of the lung.If the rise and fall are harmonious, the function of the main breathing of the lung will return to normal.
