摘　　要：痛经病位在胞宫,病有虚实,虚证多由脏腑气血亏虚,胞宫失养所致不荣则痛;实证多由气滞、血瘀、寒凝、痰湿等阻滞胞宫所致不通则痛。临证应从气血辨证论治,同时辨证与辨病相结合,积极治疗原发病,如子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症。治疗以调和气血为主,以通为用;并顺应月经周期中阴阳的变化,顾护月经。临床采用养血理气、活血化瘀、温经散寒、通阳止痛等方法治疗痛经,方用少腹逐瘀汤加减。同时,注重患者平时身体素质、生殖健康及心理情绪的调养,从而达到治未病的目的。Dysmenorrhea is located in the uterus.The disease has the syndrome of deficiency and excess.The deficiency syndrome is mostly caused by the deficiency of qi and blood in the Zang Fu organs and the loss of nourishment in the uterus;the excess syndrome is mostly caused by qi stagnation, blood stasis, cold coagulation, phlegm dampness and other blocking of the uterus.Clinically, it should be treated based on syndrome differentiation of qi and blood, combined with syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, and actively treat primary diseases, such as endometriosis and adenomyosis.The main treatment is to harmonize qi and blood, and the method is to dredge meridians;and it is necessary to comply with the changes of yin and yang in the menstrual cycle and take care of menstruation.The clinical methods of nourishing blood and regulating qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, warming meridians and dispersing cold, dredging yang and relieving pain are used to treat dysmenorrhea.Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction can be used, and the clinical effect is remarkable.At the same time, attention should be paid to the physical quality, reproductive health and psychological and emotional care of patients, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing disease.
