摘 要:为检验桥梁结构在试验荷载作用下的实际受力状况是否满足设计及规范要求,文中以某主跨150m的三跨双塔刚性自锚式预应力混凝土悬索桥为工程背景,依据设计构造要求开展了不同施工工况下的监测与数据分析,探讨了钢筋混凝土主塔、预应力混凝土箱梁、主缆和吊杆等线形及应力控制的结果,根据施工控制原则及方法,通过现场加载试验以及对试验观测数据和试验对象的综合分析,获得可靠的结构安全评价依据;结果表明主桥能够满足设计荷载的承载能力要求,为刚性主缆自锚式悬索桥设计奠定基础。In order to test whether the actual stress condition of the bridge structure under the test load meets the design and specification requirements,this paper took a three-span double-tower rigid self-anchored prestressed concrete suspension bridge with a main span of 150m as the engineering background,based on the design structure requirements.According to construction control principles and methods,monitoring and data analysis under different construction conditions were carried,the results of linear and stress control of reinforced concrete main tower,prestressed concrete box girder,main cable and boom,etc.were discussed with on-site loading tests and corrections.The comprehensive analysis of test observation data and test objects provided a reliable basis for structural safety evaluation.The results showed that the main bridge can meet the design load carrying capacity requirements,laying the foundation for the design of rigid main cable self-anchored suspension bridges.
