摘　　要：某石化公司低密度聚乙烯装置采用迷宫密封压缩机对精制氮气进行升压操作,该压缩机为二列二级压缩双作用无油水冷开式迷宫活塞式氮气压缩机,操作时可将氮气压力从0.61 MPa升高到3.30 MPa。压缩机刮油环填料在改造前其形式为非集装简单纯金属环组结构,且非整体刮油盒结构,并不具备密封工艺气功能,这种结构受到机组本身精度影响,直接导致刮油效果不佳。经技术改造后RTV刮油填料环组采用集装式非金属材质,硬度非常低,将间隙做到非常小甚至在特殊情况下达到无间隙,从而达到良好的刮油效果,保证了介质的纯度。The low-density polyethylene plant of a petrochemical company uses a labyrinth-sealed compressor to boost the refined nitrogen.It is the oil-free water-cooled open labyrinth piston nitrogen compressor with two-row two-stage compression double-acting.The nitrogen pressure can be increased from 0.61 MPa to 3.30 MPa during operation.The compressor oil scraper ring packing before the transformation is in the form of a non-container simple pure metal ring group structure,and is not an integral oil scraper box structure,and does not have the function of sealing process gas.This structure is affected by the accuracy of the unit itself,which directly leads to scraping.The oil does not work well.After the technical transformation,the RTV oil scraper packing ring group is made of a non-metallic material with a very low hardness.The gap is very small or even no gap under special circumstances,so as to achieve a good oil scraping effect and ensure the purity of the medium.
